Zeena Consultancy is a UK-based automation practice. We build workflows — on n8n — that take manual, repetitive work off small and mid-sized teams, so the people on your team spend their time on the work only a person can do.
Why this exists
Most SMEs run on a patchwork of spreadsheets, inboxes and good intentions. It works, until it doesn't — until someone's on holiday and an invoice doesn't get chased, or a lead sits in an inbox for three days before anyone replies. Zeena Consultancy exists to close that gap: to take the parts of your business that already run the same way every time, and make sure they actually do.
How we work
We don't sell a platform or a package. Every engagement starts with a plain conversation about what's eating your week, followed by a working automation — built on n8n, tested against your real data, and handed over with documentation, not a black box. If it doesn't save you meaningful time, we'll tell you before you pay for it.
